Tick season is upon us and this is what to look for
(Which seems to be nearly always in there crazy weather seasons)
These little guys are out there and they will kill. Even if you have taken precautions eg: tick collar, flea/tick control or tablets (Proban®). You still should do a physical check at least once a day of your pet.

was having his bath today and I found a “Nasty” lurking in his armpit. He is home this evening being closely monitored for any of the tell tale signs -
- Loss of coordination in the hind legs
- Change in voice or bark
- Retching, coughing and/or vomiting
- Loss of appetite
- Progressive paralysis to include the forelegs
- Difficulty in breathing or rapid breathing
Seek Veterinary assistance as soon as possible
Hi, I believe if everyone did just one little thing to better this world everyday, the impact would be ten fold. My little thing is to help educate people on the care and welfare of their domestic pets. To properly look after the ones we have and educate adults and children in the reasons why de-sexing domestic pets is very important. for me, this is my very BIG little thing!
